The Leave

As a bride-to-be, I want to make sure that everything related to my wedding is well-prepared and the wedding it self may run smoothly as we want. Since several weeks ago, I planned to propose a leave at least a week before my wedding. The problem was, would my boss allow me to leave office a week before the big day, considering I also managed to take a leave a week after the wedding.

This morning, once coming to his office to give the invitation, I was welcomed with his greeting and congratulation. Before I delivered my plan about the leave, he asked me when I would start my leave. Knowing that it’s a great opportunity, I told him about my wish. Unexpectedly, He agreed to give me two-week leave. One week before and one week after the wedding.

Yippieee…I can go honeymooning:D
